The Monster Lurking in Loch Ness
Loch Ness is the deepest volume lake in all of the British Isles but perhaps it is best known as the home to the Loch Ness monster, also affectionately known as Nessie. In 1933, the Inverness Courier published the first Nessie report, thus sparking the flame of widespread sightings of the plesiosaurus-like monster. Read more

Swampy Hike to Willow Lake
Our fourth and final trail for the day was an extremely muddy hike to Willow Lake in Prescott. The loop around Willow Lake is actually 5.7 miles but with the sun going down and our feet starting to tire from 3 previous trails (#1, #2, #3), we hiked only a portion of the loop. Read more
